We are truly heartbroken to announce Tony's passing. After a brief illness, Tony passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga.

Predeceased by mother Dorothy Reid, grandparents Henry and Marion Reid, uncle Jim and aunt Margaret Eddy and father-in-law Charles Coates. Leaving to mourn his wife of 33 years Peggy, son Joshua (Danielle), daughter Jessica, his pride and joy granddaughters Willow and Avery, mother-in-law Grace Coates, father Ambrose Harnum (Alice) and a large circle of family and friends, especially Roy Taylor (Elaine) who has been like a brother to Tony for the past 20 plus years.

Tony was a hardworking and dedicated family man who did everything to look after and provide for his family. He had a heart of gold who would do anything for anyone and a good friend to everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

In keeping With Tony's wishes, cremation has taken place with his ashes to be buried in his hometown of Winterton, NL later this summer.

A Celebration of Tony's Life will be held in Mississauga at a later date.
